The Rich Are Different

Maybe no one noticed that I hadn't posted a naked girl for many days, so. . . . Is that a dream catcher tattoo on her side?  Do you know how many women I've photographed who have dream catcher tattoos?  Neither do I, but it is more than three.  All of them had a story that went along with it.  They will be telling that story for a long, long time.

Looks like the NBA is cleaning house.  Donald Sterling got a lifetime ban for talking shit to his girlfriend.  They can't stop there, now, can they?  Rich DeVoss, owner of the Orlando Magic, pours millions of dollars into anti-gay campaigns.  Very few people are talking about how corrupt the shits who own sports teams really are, but CC sent me a fun article you can read here.  Professional sports is full of old and new money.  Owners, players, coaches--the are all part of the privileged class no matter their background.  And the rich. . . well, they are different from you and I.  Hemingway was correct.  They have more money.  But it doesn't keep them from being despicable.  It only protects them.  Except for Donald Sterling.  It makes me suspicious of something, though.  Is Roger Sterling a closet Jew?  Does Matthew Wiener have that one up his sleeve for the final season of "Mad Men"?  And I wonder if any of the NBA players have ever used the term "Jewboy"?  Spike Lee has the right idea.  Covered all the bases.  He can use any racist term he wants to--and has, I think.  His is no sticky wicket.  Vince Lombardi, they say, never discriminated against anyone.  He treated everybody like a dog.  And that is what is called for in these terrible times--consistency.

Nothing is ever as simple as it seems, and I get nervous when everybody gets on board all at once and so very, very quickly agree.  They're a bunch of knee jerks to me.

Did I ever tell you that I dated an NBA team owner's daughter for a few years?  No?  She was wealthy and I was poor, but she lived with me.  Well, it's true.  And funny, too.  And I can tell you about the "culture" that Sterling refers to on those tapes.  That is true as well.  But there are stories one mustn't tell.  It wouldn't be prudent.  And no matter how tempting it is, I am not one to make a breach of faith.  Not here, anyway.  This is a place for telling MY secrets and revealing MY sins.  Forgive me, etc.

I was going to title this "Spanking the Jew Boy" but I changed my mind.  Who knows what sort of perverts that would have attracted on a Google search.
